Node monitoring metrics are absolutely wrong

**Describe the bug**
Node monitoring seems to be broken, or I got a super computer Node (image below).

**To Reproduce**
1. Create nodes with start task as required and define the environment variables as required.
2. Run some tasks.
3. See wired metrics.

**Expected behavior**
See correct metrics.

Not sure if this is broken or I got a super computer that can run its CPU in 3800%!!!
But all these metrics are broken. The image shows a Standard_NV4as_v4 node which has :
* **4** vCPU and not 6.
* **14** GB of RAM and not 2.64GB.
* It has a GPU but no GPU matrices are collected.
