Batch explorer buttons not working anymore

Hello,

**Describe the bug**
Since this morning, whenever i try to use the resize button / Add job button / Connect to node button i get a grey overlay, but the corresponding pop-up window doesnt show.

This look similar to #2313 as the output is the same, but it concern every button who use a pop-up.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'Pools'
2. Select any available pool
3. Try to resize / add a job
4. See error

**Expected behavior**
I expect the corrresponding pop-up window to open
