batch explorer painfully slow on loading batch account data when first starting the app

We manage hundreds of batch accounts across hundreds of azure subs. Whenever I open batch explorer it takes 5-10 minutes to what I assume it is refreshing the batch account list of all the batch accounts my account has access to. During this time I can select a batch account has previously been scanned but I am unable to look at any running jobs or pools on that batch account until it finishes loading everything in the background.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Some sort of caching system so I dont need to wait for the background refresh of my batch account lists before anything is usable. If I am investigating an urgent issue often times it is faster to goto the portal than to use batch exploror.
