I'm new to Azure Batch, trying it out for the first time.
It would be nice to have a sentence or two in the README how BatchExplorer compares to the Azure Portal.
Are they pretty much equivalent? Or are some features only in one or the other? When does one typically use the Portal or BatchExplorer?
