Description

**Describe the bug**
Unable to connect batch explorer to azure account

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Run Batch Explorer, Microsoft Sign-In dialog appears
2. Select email address and enter password
3. Branded "you don't have access to this" error appears from wrong subscription

**Expected behavior**
It should log me in to my Azure subscription associated with this email address. I have two Azure accounts with the same email address, one personal and one business, but this is attempting to connect to a third one that is associated with company that I have not worked with for 5 years, and that I have never done any Azure work for.
