**Describe the bug**
Switching accounts shows wrong data for a few secs in the dashboard view
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Have multiple batch accounts in Azure Public
2. Open an account dashboard
3. Change dashboard
4. Data disappears, then re-appears, then changes to new account data
**Expected behavior**
Data disappears, new data appears for the switched to account.
