Description
**Describe the bug**
Customer reports when he used explorer, the memory information is wrong.
**To Reproduce**
Customer is using f2s_v2 series VM which should have 4 GB memory but it shows to be only 1.27 GB.
**Expected behavior**
The total memory should be 4GB.
