File Explorer - Download file needs to report progress

Description
When downloading a file from the file explorer, it really needs to report progress to the user. Am currently downloading an 900MB file and i have absolutely no idea how much longer it's going to take and how far through the download is.
Can probably double this up with making the download more reliable. (#1368)
