Allow to change "max tasks per node" after pool creation

Description
At the moment a pool has to be re-created when certain settings need to be changed. It would be good if "max tasks per node" can be changed after a pool has been created. It is sometimes hard to decide on a value initially as it depends on many factors (VM size, algorithms that will run, ...) so being able to adjust it would be great.
