Azure Function Trace 2019: duplicate functions in same-day durations file?

Regarding unexpected data in the dataset similarly to #39, I found that functions can appear multiple times in the same file of durations; see for example `6ae4dc74` on day 01.

Can it be explained as the function being deleted, then recreated under the same name (maybe with a different configuration? this function did not change trigger type, so no link with my observations in #39) So probably this should be taken as a different function altogether?
