Better synchronization with Microsoft naming guidelines

The abbreviation recommendations for Azure resources published by Microsoft - [https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cloud-adoption-framework/ready/azure-best-practices/resource-abbreviations](url) is updated quite frequently and in fact references this tool as recommended. However the Azure Naming Tool seem to be behind the information listed on the abbreviation site even when forcing a Refresh the Resource Types Configuration.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
The "Refresh the Resource Types Configuration" should update the naming tool with the latest Microsoft published naming recommendations for resources.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I have had to manually add missing resources and abbreviations to the tool, but the added resources are removed if a Refresh the Resource Types Configuration is performed.

**Additional context**
Great tool! Our entire development organization uses this tool which provides consistent resource names in Azure.
