Backend Scan (optstask on demand/opstask)of PaaS non monitored services does not add them to law nonmonitored table: skip some services

The backend scan does not add all services (in my case 5x SQL mi of another subscription) to the PaaSNonmonitored Table of the law.
My law and storage is not an existing one and exclusive for monstar in same rg. The umi has Reader access to the other subscription where the sql mi are located. The 5 SQL mi have the same configuratuon and Networks, but only one of them is written to law which make it selectable in the workbook for Adding it tour monitore paas. From that point on managing Tags and alerts works (of course i have to add more roles to the umo for that subscription for tag management etc).

What is the concept and key configuration to allow the correct discovery of services to the table nonmonitored?
