Example to deploy solution through a pipeline

There was mention of deploying packs through pipelines here: https://github.com/Azure/AzureMonitorStarterPacks/blob/a915288be5af2bc6439e8f9ef40aa7e144593097/Packs/README.md#using-arm-and-bicep-templates

Could you provide some examples on how someone can deploy the solution through a pipeline? I saw previous mentions of setup scripts, but those do not seem to be accessible anymore.
