Bug: Cannot redeploy if KeyVault has purge protection enabled

Description
My initial deployment failed. I have executed the cleanup script and made sure that all relevant artifacts where deleted.
When I am trying to redeploy, it is failing because the AKV name is not unique.
Can we have the option to manually specify the AKV name in order to bypass issues related to purge protection?
