Documentation for the Microsoft.SystemForCrossDomainIdentityManagement package

I'm looking to leverage the Microsoft SCIM package for an ASP.NET OWIN project that creates users against our internal DB store. I cannot seem to find any documentation regarding how to use this package. Specifically, I'd like to know how I could hook into the Users and Groups CRUD actions. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated!
