[Feature Request]: Adding an "Assigned by" field when assigning policy and policy sets through the Terraform Azure Verified Pattern Module for Azure Landing Zone

### What is the feature request?

If this is a feature already, I apologize. I am looking if there is a way we can possibly add a way to show that a policy was assigned by the Terraform Azure Verified Pattern Module so we can determine how something was assigned. As I can see now, it just shows "--" in that field.
