Description
Hello,
We know that if the attribute link_with_outbound_endpoint_virtual_network is set to true, there is a virtual network link created for the outbound ruleset of the Private DNS Resolver with the associated Virtual network.
But, it seems there is no provision to set/modify the name of this link using the input values.
I saw that there's another attribute named metadata_for_outbound_endpoint_virtual_network_link which seems like can be used for setting metadata of the virtual network link but the description of the variable doesn't say much about what can be the part of the metadata and whether it is possible to update the name of the link through this?
So, can someone provide some reference to better understand the use of this attribute as well as a way to set a custom name for the default virtual network that can be created using the mentioned flag.

Research direction
Start by locating the implementation and documentation for link_with_outbound_endpoint_virtual_network and metadata_for_outbound_endpoint_virtual_network_link in module version v0.15.0. Check the Azure Private DNS Resolver outbound ruleset virtual network link behavior and determine whether the metadata input can control its name. Done means the supported naming behavior and metadata options are clearly documented, or the module exposes a tested way to set a custom link name.
