Cost Optimization & Cleanup section.
The ASR Disks with suffix "-ASRReplica" or prefix "asrseeddisk-" in most cases are not count for savings.
For example, in Orphaned Azure Monitor report, ASRs disks are excluded from "Orphaned disks" report.
