Description

This is probably not the place to report this, but i could not find where to report the issue otherwise.

I was experiencing issues contacting one of our domains from our python function app and after extensive debugging i found that the `/etc/ssl/certs/Sectigo_Public_Server_Authentication_Root_R46.pem`, while it exists, does not contain what it should. It has the exact same content as `/etc/ssl/certs/Sectigo_Public_Server_Authentication_Root_E46.pem` (note: **E**46, not **R**46) so i assume someone has made an error when adding these certificates?
