Description
The portal reports webjobsstorage as missing even when it is configured properly with RBAC; `AzureWebJobsStorage__accountName`, etc.
Related to https://github.com/Azure/Azure-Functions/issues/2244 (which should be reopened since it is not merged/resolved)
