Description
HI team, is there any change about logging output from v3 to v4?
Sharing the results of my quick test.
I start Function App then Execute 1 HTTP trigger, then Stop Function App.
We can see 4 more records in v4 compared to v3.
If there are more change about logging output from FunctionsHost, please share some documents.
Because log output volume change effects Application Insights usage cost.
