Local.Settings flag turnoff all functions and chose the ones you want to run

Hey,

I have been working with azure functions for quite a while now, and with time the number of functions I use increased dramatically to a level that my function screen became extremally noisy with different logs, time triggered functions to events triggered ... etc

I have disabling flags and all, but I wonder if it were possible to add (or already exist) a Single flag in the local.settings file that disables all the functions at once, and you can actually choose which ones you want to run.
