logging: user logs and system logs are not distinct

Currently, Functions/runtime logging is the same color as `context.log()` output, which makes scanning logs for necessary context that I as a developer have output incredibly challenging.

It would be nice to see `context.log()` migrate to a different color, or have the option to do so as a CLI argument on `func start`.
