Description
Repro:
Create new IoTHub Trigger Azure Function (V2) in VS
Use all the defaults, no extra code needed for the repro
Hit F5
Result: function works as expected, but for all devs who are using the same IoTHub instance message viewing is now broken - whether they use the Azure CLI or the VS Code IoT tools for message viewing.
