Improve documentation to make it easier find information for trigger type

Context: Building data processing pipeline that runs between Blob Storage, Python on Functions in Linux (Preview) and CosmosDB.

Severity: Serious (Time Consuming)
Issue/Resolution Steps:
1) Over 50 steps/click-through links were needed from[ the start page](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-functions/functions-create-first-function-python) to find all the relevant information for binding Blobs to Functions successfully. Please contact me for the internal power point that show-cases this journey.
2) Tutorials should be designed so that they are a one-stop document. Users should not need to click through layers to be successful.
