Self-hosted Integration Runtime Expired Version.md is out of date

lists that versions 5.32.X expired on 2024-09-01, and nothing newer.

Given that releases are roughly monthly, i would expect versions through to roughly 42 would be expired.

Could we please have
1) a list of all released versions
2) their release dates
3) an up to date list of which ones have expired.
