Issues with special character 🤯🤯

In ADF pipeline using copy activity, my source is a esy file . In source while reading data it's not taking curly apostrophe ' and £ symbol special characters. Is there any way that I can escape both these characters while ingesting data into the source any parameters or function that I can add so that ! can escape this character
