PrePostDeploymentScript.Ver2.ps1 Needs a ExplicitStartTriggerList to go along with the ExplicitStopTriggerList

I might not be understanding how to use the script correctly, but ExplicitStopTriggerList works for me to turn off specific triggers, but those triggers don't get turned back on after deployment. I can see situations where you may not want them to start back up automatically, but I think there should be a way to explicitly start the same ones or others.
