Error exporting with azure-data-factory-utilities when global parameters exist

Hi,

I've a datafactory with a global parameter defined. Using the "npm run export ..." from utilities throw an error:

ERROR === CmdApiApp: Resource 'MY_PIPELINE_NAME' has the following validation error: Parameter environment was not found under "DATAFACTORY_NAME"

And can't deploy.

There're some way to fix this?
