Request to open source the @microsoft/azure-data-factory-utilities package

The new CI/CD flow with the azure data factory utilities package is a good shift towards more flexible automation possibilities for ADF. However, the tool is a blackbox without a lot of documentation regarding error messages and warnings. We currently have a warning where we do not understand its impact. Having insight into the source code would help to mitigate potential side effect we do not know about.
