[ADF Extension] - Copy not working when storage account key access is disabled

The extension is not responding when trying to copy data from ADLS2 storage account (account key access also set to disabled) to another ADLS2 storage account which has account key access disabled in its configuration. After enabling the storage account key access on the target ADLS2 storage account the extension responds correctly and generates the ADF pipeline and corresponding data sets.
