The Spring Boot Configuration Provider Has Been Updated

As part of the [App Configuration GA plan](https://github.com/Azure/AppConfiguration-Announcements/issues/2), we’re releasing a new version ([1.1.0.M6](https://search.maven.org/artifact/com.microsoft.azure/spring-cloud-azure-appconfiguration-config)) of the Spring Boot configuration provider. This new release updated managed identity support for both system-assigned managed identity and user-assigned managed identity. Please check out the [release notes](https://github.com/Azure/AppConfiguration/blob/master/releaseNotes/SpringCloudAzureAppConfigurationConfig.md) for more information and guidance on how to migrate to the newest version.
