"Action required: Update to DesktopVirtualization API v. 2024-04-03 or the Latest Preview API Version by 1 August 2025 (previously 11 March 2025)"

I believe the requirements.psd1 should be updated from
'Az.DesktopVirtualization' = '4.*'
to
'Az.DesktopVirtualization' = '5.*'
I am going to start testing this change this week. I would assume other modules will need to be updated as well for compatibility.
