Defender recommendations

I am getting a couple of Microsoft Defender Recommendations for the Resource Group where my SHR components are in:
- Storage account should use a private link connection
- Storage accounts should prevent shared key access
- Storage accounts should restrict network access using virtual network rules
- TLS should be updated to the latest version for function apps

When changing any of these options the function app breaks. Would it be possible to change things to the code or the deployment so that these recommendations are solved?
