Windows Server 2025 is the default an only option for Windows OS in k8s 1.37+. In kubernetes versions where both Windows Server 2022 and Windows Server 2025 are supported, this feature allows you to migrate directly from Windows2022 to Windows2025 os sku with a node pool update.
