Description
This feature would allow support for CapacityBuffer CRD in Node Auto Provisioning (NAP) or managed Karpenter. \
CapacityBuffer allows pre-provisioned spare capacity that workloads can be scheduled without waiting for new nodes to be provisioned.
This feature is rolled out in our OSS Azure Karpenter Provider [v1.14.0](https://github.com/Azure/karpenter-provider-azure/releases/tag/v1.14.0) and will require some additional work to enable in NAP.
