Description
As a fleet administrator I want to be able to control settings or configurations related to business continuity/disaster recovery (BCDR) for Fleet Manager (with or without a hub cluster) so that I have explicit control over the BCDR behavior of Fleet Manager.
Note: in some configurations it is possible that operational costs will be incurred to meet BCDR requirements.
