**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
AKS runs a static outdated version of Hubble Relay (v1.15.0), which is not compatible with Hubble UI versions >v0.12.3.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
Hubble Relay should be versioned together with Cilium (follow the same versioning approach as the official Cilium chart).
