Prepared Image Specification

When the feature is enabled, you will be able to create a top level customImage resource in your resource group (requirement). In this customImage, you can specify the container images to cache, the OS settings, and/or pass a customization script that you create with a list of instructions. This can be applied at the nodepool or cluster level, to new or exisiting nodepools/clusters. Subsequent nodes that are provisioned will have the input from the customImage cached on the node.
