[BOX REQUEST] Pattern for leveraging AI Services in Batch

Request for a new Box for processing batches of data through one or more AI Services.

Example scenarios:

- Pulling data from Sharepoint API into Blob Storage and indexing into AI Search for RAG Pattern solution;
- Running audio files through Speech to extract transcriptions
- Running video files through Video Indexer

Proposed solution:

- A Data Factory workspace with sample pipelines for batch processing of data through different AI Services
- Standardized "azd up" provisioning and deployment
- Customizable set of AI Services, or a multi-service account
