How to Can we solve problem on GenAI with Predictive modeling for time series Forecasting data with anomoly detections , Source as CSV on Azure OpenAI.

I tried on Azure OpenAI Chat playground and gave input as CSV file but not supporting also converted data into text but model not able to understand data because data in numeric formate ,alos tried with indexing but having same issue model is not able to understant given data.
