Run ./runall.sh from validatequotes.core on Ubuntu 20.04 and compare the failure with the working genqoutes cases. Start at validatequotes.core/Program.cs lines 19 and 79, then trace the Azure.Identity token-cache dependency reported in the log. Done means the validatequotes suite reaches the expected working result without the libsecret loading failure.
