Deployment name expectation

The deployment name of https://github.com/microsoft/Semantic-Ranker-Solution-PostgreSQL is ``bgev2m3-v1`` which is the prerequisite for this repo.
However, this repo expects the deployment name to be ``bge-v2-m3-1``.

I suggest to change the name of either repo to match it so that we don't have to troubleshoot the issue when we simply deploy two repo ends up error.
