[infra/resources/aks.bicep](https://github.com/Azure-Samples/github-runner-on-aks/blob/f5a44aad870f3b2e36d2fa831af8e4ed308ee7d6/infra/resources/aks.bicep#L17) is using 2022-05-02-preview API version which has been deprecated. This may prevent folks from being able to deploy AKS clusters.
