[Bug + Improvements] Error while deploying the template

Description
Hi! I was trying to deploy this template but i continued to recieve the following error message:
**Steps to reproduce the behavior:**
1. Go to 'azd init -t ...'
2. 'azd up'
3. See error
I noticed a few improvements needed in the README file, so I'll be creating a PR to help with them :D
