Use azure custom speech to text or use azure open AI Whisper for speech to text

Is it possible to to use custom speech to text or azure open AI whisper for real time speech to text ?

Using the sample here with open AI, wanted to see if azure communication is service is configurable to use other custom speech to text or whisper using az open ai
