[Feature] Setup datasource, indexes and indexers through Bicep

Description
Please make it possible (like Data Factory) to set DataSources, Indexes and Indexers through Bicep (module) deployment, not only through the REST API.
In our codebase we are now forced to use a PowerShell script in our Bicep Module folder or todo the same through Yaml/PowerShell task(s).
