Need to move this to AI foundry (Nextgen) #3

Please update the following template so it can be included as part of AI Foundry (NextGen):

1. Include/Leverage AI foundry project / Resources
2. Use Agent Service v2 (and the Agent Framework where applicable) to ensure alignment with the latest agent service standards.
3. If not already completed, please ensure the template goes through the following reviews:

- Open-source review

- Responsible AI (RAI) review

- Security review
