### Steps to reproduce

1. Open code in Github codespace and try to deploy Azure Environment
2. in bash window run command bash ./infra/scripts/deploy.sh {unique-deployment-name} {resource-group-name} {location} after az login
3. During deployment ERROR: The content for this response was already consumed is observed

### Expected behavior

Infrastructure deployment to be completed
