Description
Update `azure/setup-azd@v1.0.0` to `azure/setup-azd@v2` in the GitHub Actions workflow. As the [Edgeio provider is retiring their CDN service effective January 15, 2025](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cdn/edgio-retirement-faq), the `azure/setup-azd@v1.0.0` will be unsupported after this date.
